Our scope includes material handling, material storage, inventory control policies, as well as labor requirements and assignment. Our simulation team specializes in creating a virtual prototype, in other words, a digital twin of the complete manufacturing system we propose. This allows us to show our client 3D simulations of alternative solutions, and simulate months of production with different alternative processing solutions, before a single dollar is spent.
